Electrical Engineers Wanted!

Calling all Electrical Engineers!  The U.S. Army CERDEC Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) is looking for Electrical Engineers of varying experience levels to fill critical federal civilian engineer and scientist positions to aid in an important defense mission.  The NVESD’s highly trained scientists and engineers develop sensor and sensor suite technologies for air and ground intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, explosive hazard defeat and target aquisition under adverse and extreme environments both day and night.

NVESD would like to invite the IEEE Members of Northern Virginia to join them at Fort Belvoir, Virginia for their Career Day on March 15, 2018 from 9:00am-2:00pm.  They are opening their doors to those interested in learning about their national defense mission, their unique laboratory spaces and technology focus areas, and what it means to be a Civilian Engineer or Scientist at NVESD. There will even be an opportunity to network with hiring managers looking to fill positions.

If you are interested, RSVP to Ms. Riga Coghlan at rita.m.coghlan.ctr@mail.mil by March 8, 2018. You should attach your resume to the email so that it may be circulated to hiring managers ahead of the event. Once you RSVP, you will receive further instructions on accessing the secure compound.

US citizenship is required. For more information, click here.  To watch a video on the program, click here.
