Graduate Student Paid Internship Available

The Greater Washington Region Clean Cities Coalition was notified that they are an award recipient and have an opportunity to hire a graduate student intern for the fall semester and spring semester. The graduate student intern will be required to work an average of twenty hours per week and be paid $4,200 per semester. The assignment requires the student to work in the GWRCCC office at 2000 14th Street, NW, and travel locally to meetings and events for which he/she will receive a monthly expense stipend of $200.

The student should have an educational background and/or work experience in the areas of public administration, business administration, public policy, urban planning, transportation management, energy or environmental studies, sustainability or communications. Strong writing, oral communications, social media, webpage development and organizational skills are an asset. Analytical experience is preferred. Argonne National Laboratory is the program administrator.
