BAE Systems Engineering Leadership Development Program

BAE Systems is kicking off recruitment for their Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP)! If you are a student set to graduate by June 2019, you are eligible to apply. The Engineering Leadership Program is primarily interested in students majoring in Computer Engineering Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Aerospace Engineering.

BAE Systems is a global defense and security company, delivering a full range of products and services for air, land, and naval forces, as well as a broad commercial portfolio. The Electronic Systems sector has operations spanning commercial and defense electronics markets.

The three-year ELDP Program consists of:

  • Three one-year rotational work assignments
  • A graduate degree paid for by BAE Systems
  • On and off-site leadership development
  • In-house technical development courses
  • Mentoring from company leaders
