Cybersecurity Talent Initiative: MasterCard, Microsoft, Workday and More!

There’s never been a better time to launch a cybersecurity career. Not only is there a dramatic need for young talent in the field—there are more than 313,000 cybersecurity job openings in the United States—but the threats to our digital security and economy are growing every day. There are jobs available, and there’s important work that needs to get done.

That’s why the Partnership for Public Service and Mastercard have joined forces with global companies and federal agencies to launch theCybersecurity Talent Initiative. This first-of-its-kind public-private partnership will recruit our nation’s best minds to be the next cadre of cybersecurity leaders.

This initiative will provide highly qualified recent graduates with professional experience, leadership, and professional development and networking opportunities. After two years of federal service, participants will be invited to apply for positions with corporate partners, and, if hired, they will be eligible to receive student loan assistance of up to $75,000. Visit cybertalentinitiative.org for more information. Join the conversation online using #DigitalDefenders
