Future Talent Program – Services Account Analyst
This role is part of our Future Talent Program – Services Account Analyst is an 18-month program that will develop your leadership skills and help you gain broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy. From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. This position is for Denton, Texas and has a hybrid working format.

What you will do
As a Services Account Analysis you will:
- Participate in analysis and follow up of sales opportunities and promote services based on customer information, together with Services Key Account Managers and Services Account Managers
- Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication
- Close communication to and collaboration with vendors on price quotes and new materials
- Participate in analysis of and follow-up on customer satisfaction results together with Services functions
- Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and mandatory re-building kits
- Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.
Who you are
We believe you have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering or similar.
- Finished or will finish your studies between May 2022 and June 2024
- A very analytical, data driven mindset
- Overall good computer skills
- Great interpersonal skills and empathy
- An outgoing personality and collaborative work style
