o Support buildout of offering collateral and reporting processes for Infrastructure Solutions
o Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and find solutions.
o Maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.
o Participate in creating training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
o (Potentially) Support planning of training events, including agendas, catering, and event production.
o Collect, organize, and analyze data related to employee development and learning programs.
o Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement as it relates to employee learning and development.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and find solutions. This could include attending meetings to learn about an area where a team needs more training, and strategizing on how to best offer that training to teams.
