Virtual Government & Non-Profit Career Fair

Friday, November 14, 1 – 4 p.m.

**NOTE: Student Registration will open on October 14.**

The Virtual Government & Non-Profit Career Fair is an exciting collaborative event between George Washington University, New York University, University of Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins University, and University of Delaware to educate students from all majors and academic backgrounds about non-profit and government organization career paths within their field of study.

Who Can Attend
This fair is open to all current students and alumni of the following institutions: George Washington University, New York University, University of Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins University, and University of Delaware.

To participate in the fair, students should complete the following steps:
  1. Click on the “Available sessions” tab above.
  2. Review the list of employers and open sessions (Tip! Check back regularly as more employers will register and create schedules as we get closer to the fair.).
  3. Sign up for 30-minute group sessions or 10-minute one-on-one sessions with employers of interest.
  4. Prepare for the fair! (See below for tips to help you present your best self during the fair.)
How to Prepare for a Fair
  • Research companies you’ll be meeting with during the fair and draft questions to discuss with recruiters. 
  • Update your resume with your most recent experiences and accomplishments. 
  • Make sure you’re camera-ready by planning your attire for the fair and considering what’s visible behind you during your sessions.

Students should reach out to their university’s career center for support and resources as they prepare for the fair.
