At the end of the Externship, all participants will be able to interview for full time opportunities for the following year. The work we do to help them address cyber risk is increasingly important to their success – and to the strength of the economy and public security.Work You’ll DoAs a Cyber Analyst, you’ll work with our diverse teams of leading professionals to help design and implement solutions to some of today’s toughest cyber challenges, so they can manage operational risk. You’ll build on your foundations in Information Technology and Business to design and implement business-aligned cyber risk management programs, processes, and solutions that help clients focus their investments on key information technology risks.Specific areas of work could include:Deploying various technologies to establish data privacy and security controlsHelping to improve application securityManaging system and software vulnerabilitiesEstablishing methods for securing connected or “smart” devicesDeveloping advanced cyber monitoring and security analytics solutionsEstablishing cyber crisis management capabilitiesDesigning and delivering business-focused cyber wargames to prepare our clients with advanced techniques for responding to continually evolving cyber-attacksProviding cyber forensics and incident response support The TeamAs the world becomes smaller and more connected, Deloitte Cyber provides the next-generation capabilities that help clients address evolving cyber threats.
