Join a transformative summer experience as a Facilitator at our high-impact, residential Skills Development Accelerator for High School Students. This is more than just a summer job — it’s a leadership-intensive, fast-paced opportunity for personal and professional growth.

As a Facilitator, you’ll live on-site with high school participants and serve as a mentor, coach, and program leader. You’ll guide students through a series of intensive, hands-on challenges designed to build real-world skills like critical thinking, collaboration, resilience, and communication. Along the way, you’ll be constantly learning and leveling up your own capabilities — from leadership and adaptability to facilitation and decision-making under pressure.

You’ll be part of a small, high-performance team led by serial entrepreneurs with backgrounds from Oxford and MIT. The work is engaging, collaborative, and deeply rewarding. Ideal for college students who thrive in dynamic environments and are excited to make a real impact.
