Spring Intern – Education, IT, or Engineering
HAKing Innovation | Hybrid (Lancaster & Cedar Hill) | Part-Time | Jan–May 2026

HAKing Innovation is seeking self-motivated high school and college students studying Education, IT, or Engineering who are passionate about STEM careers. This internship blends hands-on teaching, creative engineering, and real-world business/marketing experience.

What You’ll Do

1. In-Person Instruction

Teach engaging lessons on engineering, robotics, and soft skills to kids aged 5+

Work part-time, Monday–Friday

Build relationships with students, teachers, and administrators to improve learning outcomes

2. Optional: In-Person STEAM Fairs (Weekends)

Lead small groups in building 3D printed items, robots, drones, and more

Set up and break down stations for community events

3. Optional: Engineering Ideation

Design and test hands-on activities and demos in our Innovation Lab

Implement your ideas at STEAM fairs, summer/weekend camps, and classrooms

4. Virtual Business Operations

Track leads, improve sales processes, and help expand our customer reach

5. Virtual Marketing Implementation

Create and schedule social media content with a unified brand voice

Assist with video production and other content creation

Who We’re Looking For

-High School or College student (Education, IT, Engineering, or related field)

-Strong communicator with a passion for STEM

-Comfortable working with children in a classroom or event setting

-Organized, creative, and proactive

-Preferably has a car to drive going to/from Lancaster and Cedar Hill
