The Business Analyst on site shall provide oversight of all information management systems, telephony systems, etc. and lead development and production of reports and coordination with VaMMIS, VaCMS and other State systems as applicable.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for proper functioning of project telecommunications, network, and systems.- Overall responsibility for all aspects of project security, including HIPAA compliance, data confidentiality and integrity and facilities security.- Work with client to ensure that proper protocols are in place to adequately protect information assets and collaborate on compliance with established policies and procedures.- Coordinate with corporate Health and Human Services Systems personnel on MAXIMUS information system performance.- Manage project help desk responsibilities for password resets and other technical issues.- Manage system disaster recovery planning and maintenance.- Ensure compliance with telephone and computer systems performance standards as set forth in the contract.- Oversee equipment maintenance agreements and equipment servicing schedules.- Manage all desktop and mainframe software installations, maintenance, and licensing agreements and ensure they adhere to project and corporate standards.Minimum Requirements:- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.- Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
