The Associate will report directly to Associate Director of Project Management and Performance
Engineering within the Procurement organization, and will be expected to operate and excel in
both Project Management and Performance Engineering-related roles.
As a Project Manager, the Associate will be responsible for facilitating all phases of Project
Management which include: analyzing and defining a frame for ambiguous problem statements, drafting a project charter, planning, initiating and overseeing execution of all elements of the project, generating and circulating meeting agendas and minutes, and actively working with stakeholders across different teams.
Performance Engineering will often focus on process improvement, wherein the Associate will
be focused on data-driven generation & execution of system/process improvement ideas, mapping existing systems/processes and setting up new ones. They will also directly participate in designing and architecting a systems/processes landscape that enables Supply Chain.
