To do so, we take a human-centered approach (aka “design thinking”) and see it as our responsibility to make innovation a part of everyone’s job.

Role: Building operations for The CoOperative, a state of the art innovation lab that supports the work of the Transformational & Enterprise Innovation teams, and User Experience team’s work. Responsibilities: Assist with small to moderately complex projects/events to achieve desired business objectives. Provides input and implements hospitality best practices, gives lab tours and helps maintain the lab space.

Skills/Qualifications Desired: Excellent relationship building skills. Strong administrative/project management/event coordination skills such as organization, planning, interaction, collaboration and motivational techniques. Administrative ability to plan, coordinate and assess the work of others. Decision making skills for problem identification and selection of alternatives. Good verbal communication skills at all levels for technical personnel and customer contact.
