As a CSM at Open Road you will be working with our business partners to provide our clients with an exceptional experience. We’re looking for a passionate person that can make a direct connection between our customers’ goals and how our platform is used. You will configure Open Road key processes, build relationships and drive business results for our customers.
You will be managing a portfolio of customers, drive the initial presentation, educate our clients to secure their financial decisions.
- Drive our customers’ experience
- Oversee the customer lifecycle including presentation, education and decision making
- Drive Open Road initiatives, analyze customer behavior, and drive outcomes
- Manage expansion and churn
- Work with our business partner and sales team to meet our customers’ expectations
