- Daily administration and support of Salesforce not only limited to integrations but also managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations, reports & dashboards.
- Working with management, strategic planning, analysis of staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers.
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features, its functionality and also providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
- Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution.
- Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
