TTS has 50+ employees across two main offices and a few remote employees as well. Recently TTS has aligned with a SaaS company with development and support housed in the MD office. Working with TTS will afford you the opportunity to learn what it takes to maintain and support a 60% web-based business, its cloud based infrastructure and hybrid of remote and office based staff.
Additionally, in partnership with the SaaS company, students will have a glance into the world of software development. Learn how to work with a remote team of developers on two and six week sprint cycles. Work on support tickets for both fix and new feature requests. Assist in writing stories and bugs managed in JIRA, collaborate via Slack and perform testing in three different environments.
TTS Interns will assist and learn all aspects of our business:
- Manage Help Desk ticketing system
- Resolve general. computer and system requests
- Test new software features prior to public release
- Data Analysis
- Research new technologies and best practices
