OverviewTechOp Solutions is looking for an IT professional who is certified in Salesforce (developer) that will be responsible for coordinating with Salesforce design and development teams, developing and implementing updates and configuration changes within DEV and INT environments. This person will lead the application of Agile development principles to the operational environment, helping to define objectives and strategic direction. Responsibilities may include development of new technical solutions in a contact center environment.In addition, this person will perform system administrator duties as part of the corporate IT team and provide hands-on technical support to manage and maintain the company’s IT systems. Responsibilities may include management of Office 365 services, hardware maintenance via remote sessions, and implementing security measures.ResponsibilitiesServe as technical POC to coordinate with existing Salesforce development contractorsCoordinate with internal IT support and Salesforce administrator on current status and future directionsGroom and prioritize user stories for Salesforce use and optimization in a contact center environmentDevelop and implement changes within the DEV and INT environmentsCoordinate with stakeholder teams to ensure correct implementation within STG and PROD environmentsSupport user acceptance testing in all environmentsProvide documentation and training, where necessary, to all relevant stakeholdersCoordinate with team on research, development, and implementation of potential new technical solutionsChampion the adoption of Office 365 services as appropriate for our businessManage and monitor Office 365 services and desktop support (Laptops)Create/Manage Office 365 SharePoint sitesAdminister and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policiesParticipate in gathering and analysis of business requirements for technologiesAdminister and support system backup and disaster recovery processesAssist with the creation of IT policiesMaintain inventory of equipment and software licensesParticipate in analysis on business-critical data RequirementsExperience in a call center environment preferredBA/BS degree is requiredSalesforce developer certification required2 years of experience minimum; 5 years of specialized experience preferredExperience with Office 365, LogMeIn, Untangle a plusDHS/CBP experience a plusOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsA fully adjudicated NACLC background investigation is highly desiredYou must possess U.S. Citizenship
