We have seen rapid growth and are looking for a summer intern to join our small IT (Information Technology) Team to assist in organization and internal management of user identity, endpoint configuration, AV systems, and hardware/software assets. What You’ll DoPartner with our Head of IT to prepare and execute projects, management of identities and systems, and improve processes at VirtruRespond to and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 IT support tickets for all employees (onsite and remote) within the Virtru organizationSupport office technology – such as printers, video conference units, and digital whiteboards in our DC headquartersDiagnosis and resolution of endpoint hardware, software, and network issuesSet up new user accounts and workstationsDocumentation of IT knowledge base for internal IT use, or broader employee reference as appropriateTeach new employees basics around relevant IT systemsMeet with and learn about the different kinds of stakeholders in a technology organizationSkills You’ll NeedExperience summarizing and/or presenting research findings using tools such as Google Apps, Microsoft Office, or Apple iWorkTech Savvy – Ability and passion for learning new technology and toolsPassion for Customer Support – A drive to help our teams get what they need to do their jobs the best they can.
