A feeling of belonging—of being seen, valued, and heard—seems, by definition, largely dependent on other people. In this course, Sanyin Siang shows you how you can create a feeling of belonging for yourself. Sanyin explains how belonging begins with you—reflecting on yourself, discovering your key values, and identifying your distinctive strengths. Learn how to build important relationships that create a sense of belonging, including with your manager and prospective mentors. Finally, learn how you can be a catalyst for helping others belong by drawing in peers, developing belonging as a leadership skill, and engaging with those who are different from you and bringing them into your belonging circle.
