As a Human Resources intern, you will be creating the AllPeople vision through assisting in all areas of the HR department from recruiting and onboarding interns to internal services. You will truly be in charge of improving the intern experience, making sure AllPeople is the best experience internally.
(Preferred) Qualifications and Tasks:
- Business, Human Resources, Communications, or other related majors
- Knowledge of and ability to help with recruiting, onboarding, employee satisfaction, policies and procedures
- Be proficient in organization skills
- Ability to work REMOTE
- An individual who is motivated, communicative, and flexible (working at a startup is an opportunity to wear many hats)!
- Can work up to 10 hours a week
