Candidate will participate in all aspects of the product design for high performance camera robotic products. The main responsibilities of the position will be designing cables and wiring harnesses, board and system level testing and troubleshooting, creating test fixtures, evaluating new tools and components, creating and maintaining BOM’s in accounting system, creating new and updating existing production documentation, providing customer support in the factory and in the field.
Candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to use appropriate production tools and computer systems. Must be capable of working within a team environment to plan, organize, execute and document complex system designs. Test and debug skills are necessary; must understand interoperability of hardware and software. Knowledge of and experience with analog and digital design (motor drive, microcontrollers) are a plus. Must be able to manage and support multiple tasks on a consistent basis, while providing the highest level of service. Good verbal and writing skills are necessary.
Primary Responsibilities

Job Qualifications
- BE in Electrical Engineering; 3 years or more applicable experience.
- Must be capable of working within a team to plan.
- Must be capable of troubleshooting and documenting complex system designs.
- Proven ability to assist in developing technical solutions to customer specifications.
- Experience with testing and debugging in lab prototypes (initial bring up) and in field customer sites.
- Knowledge of Time Management.
- Knowledge of analog, digital and embedded design (motor drives, D/A, A/D, embedded microcontroller circuitry).
- Knowledge of design, development, test engineering, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Front-End graphical user interface design.
- Ability to read hardware block diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of PCB schematic and layout tools a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc…
- Good verbal and writing skills are necessary.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally; less than 15%.
